This retail complex in Middletown includes 36,000 square feet of real estate. The property will accommodate a mixed use clientele, such as restaurants, offices, and a range of mercantile spaces. There are four freestanding buildings surrounding an inner courtyard parking area. Covered walkways allow for easy pedestrian access to all the spaces. The building which becomes a restaurant was adapted from a supply structure with old wide plank flooring, handmade timber trusses, and wood ceilings. The restaurant building also includes a covered dining area and outdoor deck. The other three buildings are newly constructed, designed to fit within the character of Middletown.
