Client: Delaware State University

Delaware State University has a 200 acre site, some ten miles north of its main campus in Dover, where it conducts agricultural research. On that land the University will relocate its important aquaculture operation, and build a laboratory and lecture hall building, as well as harbor a bat colony and continue farming operations and research. Beginning with a careful site analysis our team prepared a master plan and initiated construction documents for the aquaculture facility.
