Independence Way divides this site into two parcels. Part of the area on the east side of the road was developed as a head trauma treatment facility with four buildings which will be converted to a children’s hospice. The remainder of the site will be developed as an adult community with 55 townhouses. Our team has also designed the individual dwellings.

The houses have open floor plans with double height living areas. Master bedroom suites are on the first floor. Kitchens have direct communications with patios on the sides of the units facing the open, wooded areas of the site.
