Client: Rick Clark Jr. Clark Custom Homes

In downtown Middletown a bank from the turn of the century lay vacant waiting for a new tenant. Mr. Clark envisioned a new upscale restaurant and bought the building. Cooperson Associates we brought in to put his vision into drawing form so he could begin conversion of this old financial institution into a culinary gem. The entire interior was gutted down to the brick walls. The large grand stair led from the entry to the mezzanine dining center on a luxurious fireplace. A new larger mezzanine was created for more dining.
