Goodwill Industries purchased an auto dealership to expand and renovate into their headquarters. The new facility includes over 60,000 square feet of new and renovated spaces including automobile auctions, a computer store, retail training center, their national internet outlet, ShopGoodwill.com, as well as space for new offices, meeting rooms, and conference areas. The project won an “Excellence in Construction” award from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Delaware Chapter.
