Client: Silverside Church

This 40-year-old church has a steep sloped, six sided, concrete tile shingle roof of approximately 7,300 square feet.

The project included replacement of all the concrete shingle roofing with 50-year laminated asphalt shingles, repairs to the existing stained glass skylights, and new metal flashings and trim. Cooperson Associates carefully inspected the roof and stained glass windows to determine and identify the points of water penetrations and the subsequent performance of required roof repairs and replacements.
